Your account security is bull999's top priority. We use multiple layers of protection specifically designed to ensure that only you — and only you — can access your account.
Every login attempt is monitored in real time. If the system detects any unusual activity — such as a login from a new location or unrecognised device — you will receive an immediate notification and be asked to verify your identity.
Security Tip: Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in your account settings for an additional layer of protection — strongly recommended by the bull999 security team.
bull999 will never ask for your password via email, SMS or live chat. Do not share your login details with anyone.
All data you submit during login — including your username and password — is encrypted using the same 256-bit SSL standard used by leading banking institutions.
After entering your password, you will receive a 6-digit OTP code via SMS to your registered phone number. Even if someone knows your password, they cannot login without the OTP code.
The bull999 security system monitors every login attempt in real time. Suspicious activity is detected and blocked automatically before it can affect your account.
After several failed login attempts, your account will be automatically locked temporarily as a precaution against brute force attacks. You will receive an email to reset your access.
Your login session will automatically expire after a period of inactivity to prevent unauthorised access if you forget to logout from a shared device.
Logging in to your bull999 account is your gateway to Malaysia's best online entertainment. The process is designed to be as fast and effortless as possible, without compromising the security you deserve.
For most members, the entire login process — from the first click to landing on your account homepage — takes less than 10 seconds. You can use your username, phone number, or email address registered with us as your login ID. All three work equally well.
One thing we highly recommend is enabling the "Remember Me" option if you are using your own personal device. This allows bull999 to recognise your device and speed up the login process for future sessions — you won't need to re-enter your details every time. However, do not enable this option if you are using a shared computer or device.
If you prefer access anywhere, download the bull999 mobile app. Logging in through the app delivers a smoother, more seamless experience — including biometric recognition support on compatible devices, letting you log in with just your fingerprint or face scan.
If you've forgotten your password, don't worry. The "Forgot Password" function on the login page lets you set a new password in under 2 minutes via an OTP code sent to your registered phone number or email. The process is secure and does not require you to contact the support team directly.
For members facing more complex login issues — such as not receiving OTPs, a locked account, or forgotten registration details — the bull999 customer support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via in-platform live chat. Simply describe your issue and they will resolve it quickly.
